Riviana’s Ready-to-Eat rice flour is specifically developed to meet the highest standards of food safety and processing efficiency. Our precooked rice flour offers different viscosity profiles and it is available with different particle sizes.

Riviana offers both fully pregelatinized rice flour and partially pregelatinized rice flour. Our pregel rice flour is an excellent clean-label ingredient for those food applications in which the rice flour should provide some viscosity in cold conditions, in which no further cooking step is performed (ready-to-eat or drink), or to give a crunchy texture to the final product.

Fully compliant with FDA regulations, Riviana’s Ready-to-Eat Rice Flour eliminate the need for any additional cooking step in your production process, making it a convenient and safe solution for ready-to-eat applications.
